The Schoolhouse and Grounds are available to rent for regular meetings and special events. Rental income pays for ongoing expenses such as utilities, up-keep and minor repairs.
(Renters and activities are pre-qualified by arrangement with The Doulglas Flat Community Center. The DFCC.)

$300 refundable security-cleaning deposit is required for large private events.
Schedule of Fees:
Single use half-day events (non-profit): $50/event
Single use full-day events (non-profit): $100/ event
Regular half-day meetings (up to 4x/month): $120/month
Social events and for-profit events $100 half-day, $200 full-day
Donations to fund our Preservation Treatment Plan are also gladly accepted.
